We offer six key activities and services:

Sail

Oman has some of the most perfect conditions in the world for learning to sail. The azure tropical waters of the Oman Sea are warm and clear, the winds light and steady, and the sun shines all year round.

An extensive range of sailing courses is offered by Oman Sail at three uniquely different sailing school venues at Marina Bandar Al Rowdha, Musannah and The Wave – Muscat.

A team of highly qualified Omani dinghy instructors teach in both English and Arabic. All tuition follows a special sailing syllabus created and launched by Oman Sail and recognised by the world's governing body for sailing, the International Sailing Federation (ISAF).
We can offer private tuition, corporate packages and powerboat tuition.

Charter

Exploring Oman under sail offers a fresh perspective from the usual tourist trail. Largely undiscovered, the dramatic, 1,100-mile coastline with its secluded coves, beautiful sandy beaches, enchanting desert islands and extraordinarily rich marine life is undoubtedly best explored by sea.

An extensive range of bespoke sailing trips, day and overnight cruises are available, with a choice of three different types of charter boat.

Dive

Oman is one of the best dive destinations on the planet with a spectacularly beautiful underwater world teeming with life. Oman Sail is proud to offer a full spectrum of internationally certified dive courses in this extraordinary marine environment. Oman boasts an abundance of live coral, a rich and astonishing variety of marine life, including an array of turtles, dolphins, whales, sharks and mesmerising annual migrations of fish. It is yours to discover from sheltered mainland and island anchorages, beautiful secluded bays and sandy beaches, mangrove inlets and stunning rocky outcrops.

The Oman Sail Dive Centre is based in Mussanah at the prestigious new Mussanah Millenium Hotel and Watersports resort, just an hour from the best dive sites in Oman. Foremost among these is the Unesco recognised Damaniyat Islands Marine Nature Reserve and Kharãbah Island’s aptly named “Acquarium”.

The Dive Centre is run by a team of highly experienced dive professionals certified by the internationally recognised Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI). There are nine different courses available, ranging from 'Discover Scuba Diving' to 'PADI Dive Master Course'.

Marina & Services

Located at the Mussanah Marina and Watersport Centre, our full-service marina has 54 berths for boats up to 26 metres long, a boat park, maintenance facility and a slipway.

Located within easy reach of the Damaniyat and Sawadi Islands, and some of the best fishing grounds off the coast of Oman, Mussanah Marina is a true boaters destination, whether long term, for a short visit or stopping off on a longer journey.
Membership Benefits include Pontoon mooring, weekly boat wash downs, daily weather forecasts, 10% discount at the Millennium Hotel, coffee shop and restaurant for a party of four. 

Watersports

Oman Sail offers an exciting range of water sport activities at its three sailing schools at Marina Bandar Al Rowdha, Musannah and The Wave – Muscat. For the thrill seekers there is a choice of banana boating, ringo rides, paddle board, knee board and powerboat joy rides. There are kayaks for hire and fun times to enjoy on sailing boats.
